SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

We prioritize getting your order to you as quickly as possible. While processing times may be longer during peak seasons, most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

For the most up-to-date information, please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping is available for continental US customers only. We will use any of the available carriers for your order, and unfortunately, you cannot choose the carrier.

If a PO Box is provided, we may contact you to collect additional shipping charges, as it is more expensive to ship to a PO Box compared to a residential address. However, if you choose to change the address to a residential one, no additional charges will apply, and you'll still be eligible for free shipping.

Please note that free shipping is not available for orders outside of the continental US.

CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at sales@driven.media as soon as possible. Orders are processed, labeled, and packed quickly, so we may not be able to make changes once your order has shipped.

CARRIERS

We primarily ship orders via USPS, but also use UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We strive to use the carrier you select at checkout, but in some cases, we may choose an alternative to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery, especially if size restrictions or location limitations apply. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible, regardless of the carrier used.

TRANSIT TIMES

The delivery time of your order depends on the shipping method you select. Expedited shipping is only available for in-stock items. If the product is out of stock and an expedited method is selected, the method will be applied once the product is back in stock. Please note that expedited shipping does not affect the arrival time of out-of-stock items.

Shipping Method Times:

  • UPS Next Day Air – Delivered within 1 business day

  • UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivered within 2 business days

  • UPS 3-Day Service – Delivered within 3 business days

  • UPS Ground – Delivered within 3-5 business days

Important Notes:

  • Weekends do not count as business days. For example, if you select Next Day Air on Friday, the package will be delivered on Monday.

  • The cutoff time for expedited shipping is 12 PM CST

REFUSED SHIPMENT

If you refuse a package, a service fee along with any additional shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to return an item, all shipments must be accepted first, and then returned following our standard return process.

For international orders, any duty, taxes, and fees incurred during the return will also be deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS & ORDERS

Yes, we ship internationally! If our website does not provide a shipping quote for your location, please contact us for a custom quote at sales@driven.media. While we strive to ship worldwide, there may be some locations we are unable to serve—but we will do our best to accommodate your order.

CANCELING AN ORDER:

If you need to cancel an order, please email sales@driven.media with your full name, order number, and the reason for canceling. While we may not be able to accommodate your request once the order has been fulfilled or a purchase order has been sent to a vendor, we will do our best to assist you in canceling the order.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGING OF PARTS:

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the product is in new condition and in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot accept returns on items that have been test-fitted or installed.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable. For orders with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • Customs fees/duties for international orders are also non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns on any custom orders.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit, please email us so we can initiate a missing package claim. Please note, claims cannot be processed if an incorrect address was provided at checkout.

To prevent issues, make sure there is a secure location for the carrier to deliver your package, or consider requesting that it be held for pickup.

If your package is stolen, you will need to file a police report, as Driven Media does not cover stolen packages. Claims for deliveries to apartments or condominiums are also not covered.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

If your product is damaged during transit, please email us with your order number and photos of the damage. We will initiate a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Please do not install the product, as doing so may void the claim. If the carrier requires additional information, they may need to contact you directly to complete the claim process.


WARRANTY

If you received a faulty product, please contact us with your order number and photos or details of the issue. If it's one of our products, we'll work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

For products from a vendor we carry, we will coordinate directly with them to address the issue. In some cases, the vendor may request to work with you directly to expedite the process. Please note, if you prefer not to work with the manufacturer, the warranty will not be covered.


WE SENT YOU THE WRONG PARTS BY ACCIDENT

We understand how disappointing it is to receive the wrong item. We’re here to make it right! Please email us at sales@driven.media with a photo of the incorrect product, and we’ll send the correct item as soon as possible.

Please do not install the incorrect product unless you plan on purchasing it.
